HEALING HOME HOUSE MANAGER
We’re hiring two House Managers to oversee daily operations at our new Sacramento Healing Home, a transitional residence supporting up to 11 returning citizens. This live-on-site role maintains a safe, structured, sober environment through staggered shifts, accountability checks, facilities upkeep, and mentorship — working in close partnership with the Case Manager and a co-House Manager. HEALING HOME CASE MANAGER
We’re hiring a part-time Case Manager to serve as the primary support for licensees’ reentry journey at our new Sacramento Healing Home. This role designs and oversees each resident’s Individual Reentry Plan, coordinates external services and referrals, and partners closely with two on-site House Managers and the Program Director. Ideal for someone with a background in social work, reentry services, or criminal justice who balances strong documentation skills with high emotional intelligence.
