Job Opportunities

Working at Inside Circle is more than a job.

It’s a way of life.

Join our growing team and help us live our mission to empower system-impacted people to lead change from within. Our primary goal is to reduce recidivism and all forms of violence – physical, emotional and psychological – in our prisons and communities. We accomplish that by building transformative environments for justice-involved youth and adults to heal, find purpose, and build meaningful lives of service and by providing technical assistance to system administrators, probation departments, judges, and community-based organizations looking to lead change at a national level.
